HIPAA, otherwise known as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, applies to all healthcare providers, healthcare clearing houses, and organizations that transmit health data electronically in the United States. Since this is an application and software service that transmit health data CTinc is subject to the rules of HIPPA and must ensure that the live product complies with all regulatory mandates.

Please be wary of this when posting your own responses or content. Eventually HIPPA compliance will be establish but this much further in the road map. Currently the only protection on the data is the 2FA or two factor authentication. Information is transferred via SSL and TLS but that does not guarantee full encryption as data transfers from our networks to your devices.
