VNA Nurse Visit
Start: 9:25 amEnd: 10:20 am Cat flow was used. Purple lumen drew blood after 25-30 minutes, did not draw blood on initial attempts. Red lumen did not draw blood despite multiple attempts. Blood work and new dressing for picc-line completed. Vitals taken and slight elevated per “baseline”....

Follow up appointment with Dr. Butsch at ???? PM. Nurse didn’t like my shaking or my blood pressure. Seemed to get worse as continued moving. Was evaluated by multiple residents before Dr. Butsch came in apologizing that he was back logged today and then stopped talking as soon as he saw me.
