Only one lumen line had draw back. There was nothing in red, but the purple line after a few more flushes did draw back blood so the vials were able to be filled via PICC line. No needle stick or IV prep starts were needed.
Fetanyl patch replaced. New patch on left side of back. Alcohol used to cleanse old patch site as well as new site.
