Pain Wave

It’s weird I can feel the fentanyl wearing off, as I continue to move, and my body is becoming rigid as it is becoming more painful.

Request sent to Dent for Fentanyl patch refill request.
No Communication
Through 9/20/2023, so visited Rite Aid location at 6000 Transit Rd. They said they never received a new script. All new scripts need to be sent specifically to this location and aren’t forwarded as previously instructed by both written instruction and over the phone.

Received response from DENT Pain Mgt. The script was rejected in their system and they need a new pharmacy to send the refill script to. Responded in-kind with updated location.
September, 20th. 2023 10:15 am – 72 Hour Last Fentayl Patch Expired
The last fentanyl patch is still applied with no, new set of patches to use.
Current Status – Sept. 21st, 5:38 AM
Waiting for new script to be issued and received by the new pharmacy.
